MacCaslin Oil and The Valley Fuel Supply merged to form MacValley Oil Company. Known for its superior customer service, MacValley Oil Company is the preferred Truck Stop for local agricultural, industrial, and national truckers in the Oxnard CA Area. In 2014, Westlake based Conico Oil Co., acquired MacValley Oil and  have since renovated and invested heavily into the best truck stop in Oxnard.
